Wedding Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing me to be a part of your special day. To ensure a smooth experience and the highest level of service, please read through the following wedding booking policy:

Deposit & Booking Confirmation

  • A £75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  • Payment of the deposit indicates acceptance of the terms.

Final Payment

  • The final balance must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks before your wedding date.

  • All payments are non-refundable.

Additional Services or Changes

  • Any additional makeup services (such as extra bridal party members or locations) or adjustments to your booking must be confirmed at least 2 weeks in advance. An extra charge will apply. Please notify Kat of any changes as soon as possible.

  • Please note that services not booked in advance cannot be guaranteed on the wedding day.

Travel & Accommodation

  • Travel within 2 hours of Bromley is charged at £0.75p per mile.

  • For journeys exceeding 2 hours from Bromley, additional travel or accommodation fees will apply and will be discussed at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Client initiated cancellations due to change of mind for any reason, remain subject to the full cancellation policy outlined below. If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges apply:

  • £80 admin fee

  • 50% of the total fee if cancelled within 3 months of the wedding date

  • 100% of the total fee if cancelled within 6 weeks of the wedding date

  • booking fee remains non-refundable.

Agreement of Terms

  • By paying the deposit and securing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
